99% of our orders are dispatched within 48 hours and sent out using the UK's
Royal Mail postal service.
Due to controls out of our hands, orders can take upto 7 working days to arrive and Royal Mail does not consider items lost or misdirected until 15 working days have elapsed from date of postage. Please see the
Royal Mail policy on lost post.
Larger orders of a higher value are dispatched utilising Royal Mail Special Delivery (for a guaranteed delivery) or using a dedicated courier such as DHL. You will not be charged any extra if these services are used by us.
